The City desires delivery of the material or services specified at the earliest possible time after the date of award. An unreasonable delivery proposal may be cause for disqualifying a bid. Each bidder shall state a definite time and avoid using terms such as "ASAP" or "approximately so many days". a. A bond in the amount of TEN PERCENT (10%) of the bid, or b. A certified check, cashier's check, or letter of credit pursuant to Chapter The successful bidder must replace the bid guaranty with a one hundred percent (100%) Performance bond upon award of the bid. The following is a list of provisions and requirements falling under the expected Scope of Work: Lining approximately 5935 lineal feet of 8” and 969 lineal feet of 10” sanitary sewer including cutting in and brush the sanitary laterals at various locations in the City.
