As of April 10, 2024 project was awarded to The Shelly Company, awarded amount is $1,935,036.70. Project Description: Upgrading 5.104 miles of various sections of Franklin County roadways including Babbitt Road, Big Run South Road, Clark State Road, Elliott Road, Hayden Run Road, Henderson Road, Obetz-Reese Road, Sunbury Road, and West Case Road with asphalt resurfacing and aggregate berm material. EBE Goal 8 % The work shall be completed no later than July 19, 2024. All bidders are urged to carefully read the same and comply with them. The Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all bids Questions regarding the bid will be accepted up until 2:00 PM local time on Thursday, March 14, 2024. The amount of the certified check or cashier's check shall be equal to ten percent (10%) of the bid. The certified check or cashier's check submitted with a bid will be held as a guarantee on an accepted bid proposal.
