Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in Viroqua, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the construction of a 26,000-square-foot fire / police facility; for site work for a fire / police facility; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Project Scope: In general the project consists of a 26,000 sq. ft. fire station facility. Project consists of the following divisions of work: Earthwork and Utilities, Hot Mix Asphalt Paving, Landscaping, Fencing, Building / Site Cast in Place Concrete, Structural Precast Concrete, Masonry, Steel Studs and Carpentry, Stud Wall and Sound Insulation, Membrane Roofing, Aluminum Entrances Storefronts and Windows, Overhead Doors, Gyp Board Assemblies, Flooring, Concrete Floor Finish, Cabinets & Millwork, Acoustical Panel Ceiling, Painting, Metal Building Systems, Metal Panel, Fire Protection & Sprinkler, Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, Flag Poles, Signage, Lockers, and Kitchen Equipment. Bid Bond: No proposal will be accepted unless accompanied by a certified check or bid bond equal to at least 10% of the amount bid, payable to the Owner as a guarantee that, if the bid is accepted, the bidder will execute and file the proper contract and bond within 30 days after the award of the contract. Prevailing Wages: Not Required Questions regarding the plans and specifications will be received by email only to the construction manager up to Thursday, March 28th, 2024 until 5:00 p.m.
