The City is seeking consultants to conduct on-call plan review and inspection services, providing the City with the knowledge and resources to assist with the volume of permitting activity that the City manages. The approved consultant, or consultants, would be subject to an award for these services for a period of three (3) years, with two, one-year extensions available. The City reserves the right to reject any and all proposals submitted. The City also reserves the right to waive or not waive any informalities or irregularities in proposal responses.
