This is a single-prime project for General Construction work. This contract shall consist of providing all materials, equipment, and labor to install Hardscape, Picnic Pavilion Addition, with Alternate No. 1 for adding site and plumbing utilities, Alternative No. 2 for adding a restroom screen wall, and Alternate No. 3 for site work associated with the restroom screen wall.
