This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Chandler, Arizona. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information.

The work will include, but is not necessarily limited to, furnishing all labor, tools, equipment, and materials and performing all operations in connection with the installation and/or repair of individual sewage disposal systems including septic tanks, seepage pits, drain fields or chambers, and other necessary plumbing and appurtenances. The work covered by these specifications will be constructed on homesites, in Districts 1 through 7, on the Gila River Indian Community, in Maricopa and Pinal Counties, Arizona There are approximately 20 homes on the current replacement list. It is anticipated that additional homes will be added throughout the year, though that exact number is not known at this time. Contracts may be awarded to multiple contractors to meet the needs of the Community A Bid security of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany each Bid. The Bid security must be in the form of cash deposit, a certified or bank check made payable to the Community, or a bid bond issued by a solvent surety licensed to do business in the state in which the project is located and from a Treasury Listed type "A" Company Performance (A9+) and Payment Bonds. Contractor shall not be required to submit performance and payment bonds with the understanding that the Contractor shall receive compensation for work completed on each Work Directive issued by the Community only when Contractor has achieved 100% completion of the Work Directive, including As-Builts Gila River Indian Community c/o Department of Public Works and Contracts Management reserves the right to reject any and all bids Workers Compensation Insurance as required by Arizona law, including Employer's Liability, with limits of: o For bodily injury by accident, $500,000 per accident o For bodily injury by disease, $500,000 per employee and $1,000,000 policy limit Commercial General Liability Insurance- Commercial general liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate (on a current ISO CGL form or its equivalent, including without limitation, broad form contractual liability, bodily injury, property damage, fire, legal liability, and products and completed operations coverage) under which the Community and Department shall be named as additional insured. This policy shall be written or endorsed to include the following provisions Excess Liability- in the amount of $2,000,000. Renewal shall be at the sole discretion of the Community.
