Reference Number 0000344970 The Town of Greenburgh ("The Town") is seeking proposals from Professional Public Safety Architects/Engineers with demonstrated experience in Municipal Facilities planning and design. The Town seeks to strategically address deficiencies in the existing Town Court Building & Police Department Headquarters ("TCB&PDH") with respect to: ADA compliance, safety/circulation, locker rooms, energy efficiency, asbestos abatement, etc. The TCB&PDH is a combined 30,600 sq. ft. facility existing at 188 Tarrytown Road, White Plains, NY 10607. The Town is seeking proposals for the preparation of a TCB&PDH Facilities Master Plan which will guide future implementation steps (design/construction budgeting, construction phasing, related municipal planning, etc.). The content of the proposals should respond to information presented in the enclosed RFP and must adhere to the format outlined therein.
