Rockdale Pocket Park, 2217 Providence Road Northbridge, MA 01534 Town of Northbridge is soliciting bids for project to be known as "Rockdale Pocket Park" to include landscaping, plantings, walking path, fencing, and other designs elements on site of former Rockdale Youth Center. The Town of Northbridge is soliciting Invitations for Bids (price proposals) for the construction of a small pocket park in Rockdale village of Northbridge, MA. The project involves construction of a small park on approximately +-2,250 SF in area on the site of the former Rockdale Youth Center (2217 Providence Road). The objective of the park is to provide a safe and inviting public outdoorspace that is accessible, visually attractive and a positive amenity to the surrounding neighborhood. Total Project Budget is $50k-100k+- Question Deadline 04/12/2024 Any requests for interpretation of plans and specifications may be submitted in writing during the Pre-Bid meeting or emailed to Michael Dryden, RLA, Allen Engineering & Associates, Inc. at michaeld@allen-ea.com AND R. Gary Bechtholdt II, Planning Director at gbechtholdt@northbridgemass.org. To be given consideration, requests for interpretation must be received at least seven (7) days before the scheduled bid opening (of April 19, 2024).
