Site work, paving and new construction of a mixed-use development in El Paso, Texas. Completed plans call for the construction of a road / highway; for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; pre-engineered storage facility; water / sewer project; and water / sewer project.
Work consists of: 1. A Citizen's Collection Station will be constructed with which includes HMAC and concrete roadways, cast-in place-retaining walls, HMAC paved parking lot, electrical services, and light poles. Construction will include a new access driveway off of Stahala Dr. 2. Two new metal building. The main building will consist of open storage space, an IT room, break room and 1 unisex bathroom. The second building will store trash/recycled containers, and houses a can wash area. 3. A new guard shack, with a small office and 1 unisex bathroom. 4. 1 wrought iron gate and 1 chain link gate 5. Sound barrier wall construction and screening for existing west boundary walls. 6. Electrical work on site and coordination with El Paso electric. 7.
