Renovation of an educational facility in Lowell, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of the project includes the demolition and replacement of the existing boiler system, pumps, and venting. New boilers, pumps, venting, and piping systems will be provided. Additionally, replacement of the chilled water pumps and chemical feeder are included in the scope. Any other Work indicated in the Contract Documents is also to be included. Project Value: $1,123,000 MBEs (4.2%) and WBEs (8.8%) Prospective bidders are required to submit all questionsin writing to the Chief Procurement Officer by 1:00 P.M. by March 22, 2024 The contract shall be for the period beginning on or about April 22, 2024 or as stated in the NOTICE TO PROCEED, WHICHEVER IS LATER and end on or before October 15, 2024
