Each bidder will be required to submit with his proposal a Bid Bond or Certified Check made payable, without condition, to the County Treasurer of Fillmore County, Nebraska, in an amount equal to five (5) percent of their proposal. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded shall furnish within ten (10) days after the award a surety bond or bonds in a sum equal to the full amount of the contract. The form of the bonds and surety shall be acceptable to the Fillmore County Board of Supervisors. The bidder will include an estimated time of beginning and completion for the project with the proposal. The Contractor will be allowed 30 calendar days for completion of the work. The required completion date of the project is November 1, 2024. The Fillmore Board of County Supervisors reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to pass upon the regularity, and to waive any irregularities.
