Estimated Cost $309,000 Contractor Qualification Highway Division 24-16 Bottleneck Reduction Main Street Traffic Signal Improvements IFB. MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Traffic Signals, for the project with an estimated value of $309,200.00 will be required. MassDOT will provide a list of Prequalified Construction Contractors to the Town of Reading. Bidders will be verified at time of Bid Opening. The work under this contract consists of performing sidewalk and roadway resurfacing work including but not limited to paving, cold planning, reclamation, and grading at various locations throughout the Town of Reading, as required by the Town. Every request for such interpretation shall be in writing (typed, not handwritten) addressed to purchasing@ci.reading.ma.us. It is the bidder's responsibility to confirm that any request has been received. To be given consideration a request must be received at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
