Locations will consist of City Hall Building 1st and 2nd floor, City Council room, Loughridge Park Building and Police Department Building. Services will be needed 1 day per week during business hours only. Requirements- Sweeping and mopping of all areas and vacuuming of all carpeted areas. Cleaning of restrooms including toilets sinks and fixtures. Cleaning of break areas including Sink and food prep areas. All surface areas wiped down with dust cloth and surface cleaner. Removal and disposal of waste basket trash in all cans and replaced with new trash bags. City of Perry will furnish cleaning solutions. Contractor will supply Broom, Mop, Vacuum, and cloths for cleaning. Note- Preferred cleaning day to be Friday. All inquiries regarding this bid will be directed to Johnny Edwards at 850-584-2189. In person walkdowns of all areas can be conducted during business hours. Call to schedule time. Owner Rights: The city reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The city reserves the right; To select the bidder waiver, any informalities, or to accept the bid deemed to be In the best interest of the city. Any errors in bid submissions are the Responsibility of the bidder; the city is not required to find any errors in bid Submissions. Bidders must also make sure their summary page is filled out and Submited with bid or bid will be void. The City reserves the right to alter scheduled dates and times.
