Estimated Cost $1,876,180 Contractor Qualification Highway Division Church Street Sewer and Fire Service Improvements and Lenox Village Sidewalk Replacement. Work includes replacement of approximately 1,060 LF sewer main on Church Street with services and new water (fire) services and concrete sidewalks at Walker, Housatonic, and Franklin Street and miscellaneous drainage work. Begin Work: April 15, 2024* Substantial Completion: November 1, 2024 Final Completion: November 15, 2024 The work shall consist of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and performing all operations necessary for the Church Street Sewer & Fire Service Improvements and Lenox Village Sidewalk Replacement project as shown on the plans, as herein specified, as directed by the Field Engineer, and as evidently required to properly complete the following items: 1. Provide traffic controls and mobilization as incidental. 2. Install erosion controls. 3. Perform demolition activities as required. 4. Protect existing utilities. 5. Perform excavation operations, sewer, water, and drainage improvements, and related work. 6. Install sidewalks (remove and store existing pavers). 7.
