This is a Measure U Bond Project. The Berryessa Union School District is seeking qualified and experienced licensed contractors to submit sealed bids for the replacement of the exterior windows at Piedmont Middle School. This project is subject to Prequalification. The last day to submit a prequalification package is March 18, 2024. If a bidder is not prequalified to bid on this Project, the District will not accept the bid. LAST DAY TO SUBMIT PRE-BID QUESTIONS OR RFI'S: MARCH 19, 2024 The District shall award the Contract, if it awards it at all, to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder based on: The Base Bid Amount. The Board of Trustees reserves the right to waive any irregularities, accept or reject any or all bids, and be the sole judge of merit and suitability of the workmanship and materials.
