Working plans call for the construction of a clubhouse / community center; conference / convention center; fitness / recreation center; library; for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; and swimming pool.
As of April 29, 2025 an Architect and a Construction Manager have been selected. Construction has not started and a firm timeline has not yet been announced. Closed solicitation has been included below for reference. ............ The City of Centerton plans to build a Community Center on a 20-acre site on Keller Road and is accepting requests for qualifications from Architects to design the building.
