Cafeteria Serving Line Equipment Replacement Project Various Schools Districtwide Equipment Contractor must deliver, assemble, set in place including leveling, fastening, etc. all equipment and make ready for connection by others. The equipment contractor shall further provide one year's service including all parts and labor, and instruct lunchroom employees on the operation and care of the equipment. Final plumbing and electrical connections will be done by awarded vendor, or sub-contractor assigned by the awarded vendor in order to have installed and working properly. Commercial General Liability Each Occurrence Limit $1,000,000 Personal and Advertising Injury $1,000,000 Product/Completed Operations Aggregate $1,000,000 General Aggregate Limit $1,000,000 Workers' Compensation Each accident $500,000 Disease each employee $500,000 Disease policy limit $500,000 The District, by law, reserves the right to terminate this contract at the expiration of each budget year. The contract is conditioned on a best effort attempt by this governing body to obtain and appropriate funds for payment of the contract and the continuing right to terminate.
