The Contract listed above will include all labor and materials, for the period of the contract. The contractor shall furnish the required labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to complete, in the time frame established by the District, all work defined under this scope of work and work specifications. The contractor will utilize experienced workmen while providing full-time supervision at all times, to ensure the service, maintenance, and repairs are completed in a professional manner. The district operates 49 elementary schools, 11 middle schools, and 10 high schools.
