For the purchase of brush clearing and clean up services for 4.61 acres, Cook Street, Argyle, Texas 76226 in Argyle, Lot 2R, Block A, of Optimal Holdings, LLC Addition. Contact Person: Interim Public Works Director Donald McKinney publicworks@argyletx.com 2024 Contract for Brush Clearing and Lot Clean Up The bids will then be officially reviewed and awarded by the Town Council as soon thereafter as possible. All bid proposals must be made on the printed document forms included in the specifications. The submitted bid shall not be altered, withdrawn, or resubmitted within sixty (60) days from and after the date of the bid opening. Qualified prospective bidders may obtain copies of the bid invitation with information to bidders, bid proposals, plans, and specifications at the Argyle Town Hall. This project will consist of removing trash, underbrush, one (1) shed, and fallen trees/limbs. No officer or employee of the Town of Argyle shall have a financial interest, direct or indirect, in any contract with the Town of Argyle. The Town anticipates total work orders during the term will be between $68,000 and $70,000. However, the Town reserves the right to issue work orders that total more or less than that amount. Individual work orders will not be issued for less than $5,000 except as indicated in the Special Conditions. The quantities shown in the proposal are for illustration only and represent no guarantee that the actual quantities will not vary from the quantities shown. The Town of Argyle, Texas reserves the right to reject any and all bids and informalities, unless all bids are rejected, an award will be made to the lowest and most responsible bidder *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
