Pre Bid Conference(N/A) The Contractor shall provide the State Controller's Office (SCO) with weekly preventative and on-call maintenance services for nine Electronic Air Cleaners located at 3301 C Street, Sacramento, CA 95816. Written Questions Submittal Deadline March 13, 2024 by 2:00 p.m. PST Bidders may submit questions for clarification of the content of this IFB to SCOBids@sco.ca.gov. Written Questions and Answers Released March 15, 2024 Notice of Intent to Award March 22, 2024 Proposed Award Date April 2, 2024 Estimated Agreement State Date April 2, 2024 The term of this agreement will be for a period of three years with the options to amend to add funds and adjust estimated quantities as deemed necessary by SCO. The rates quoted on Attachment 3, Cost Worksheet will not increase as a result of any amendment to this agreement. This agreement may be terminated by SCO with 30 days' written notice to the Contractor. Contractors are cautioned that no work will begin until the Agreement has been fully executed. If work is performed prior to agreement approval, and the Agreement for any reason is not approved, all previous work performed by the Contractor is considered donated to SCO and no payment shall be made for that work.
