The date and time of the visit will be confirmed to bidders interested in a site visit. Responsible for the call for tenders process: Luc Gauthier Email: srm.agcc@cssp.gouv.qc.ca Bidders are responsible for informing themselves and adequately evaluating the nature and scope of the work as well as familiarizing themselves with the locations and conditions affecting the execution of the work. All bidders will be deemed to have visited the premises and no claim for lack of knowledge of the premises may be submitted. If necessary, questions will be answered via an addendum. No verbal information provided during the visit engages the responsibility of the public body. In the event of a discrepancy between the verbal exchanges during the visit and the tender documents, the latter take precedence. If visiting bidders, contractors and subcontractors have any questions, it is their responsibility to forward their questions by email to the Tender Process Authority designated for the tender. At no time should bidders or subcontractors send their questions to the professionals indicated in the plans and specifications. Only questions sent to the administrative agent will be considered by the public body for the purposes of this call for tenders. If necessary, questions will be answered via an addendum. No verbal information provided during the visit engages the responsibility of the public body. In the event of a discrepancy between the verbal exchanges during the visit and the tender documents, the latter take precedence.
