REHEAT VERTICAL OUTLET REPLACEMENT UNIT 1 BOILER, for Gerald Gentleman Station. The scope of work covered under this Contract is intended to be a "turnkey" installation by the CONTRACTOR. The CONTRACTOR shall be responsible for the procurement and supply of all needed labor, services, material, components, and equipment to fabricate, construct, transport, unload, demolish and install the needed material, components, and equipment. The design, engineering, fabrication, and supply ofthe following components: Any insulation and lagging required to complete the replacement of the Reheater Vertical Outlet Bank. Replacement of the DISTRICT'S GGS Unit 1 boiler's Reheat heating surface area according to given spec in SECTION G - PART V. Analysis and, if deemed necessary and with DISTRICT approval, modification of DISTRICT'S existing GGS Unit 1 Boiler's Reheat inlet header orificing based upon OEM modeling and/or analysis with EPRI best practices utilizing internal tube oxide thickness readings. An approximate two (2) foot wide by seventy-one (71) foot long section of crown seals and roof casing enclosing the support tube penetrations. An approximate two (2) foot wide by seventy-one (71) foot long section of heat recoverey area (HRA) rear wall penetration refractory and seal components into Reheat Outlet Header Vestibule. Remove and re-install all insulation and lagging required to complete the Reheat Vertical Outlet Bank Replacement. Install the identified replacement components and equipment as specified by the Contract. Test the installed components and equipment under this Contract to ensure they meet required performance guarantees. (NOTE: The exception to this is the performance of the boiler Reheat Pressure test which the DISTRICT will perform). The selected forklift shall be capable oflifting all indoor and outdoor materials provided under this Contract. Demolish the identified components and equipment as specified in these Contract Documents and move them to a DISTRICT designated site location or disposal area
