The Clark County Department of Aviation (CCDOA) is seeking a supplier to provide floor maintenance throughout all public facing areas of the Airport Rent-A-Car center (ARACC). Upon completion of the bid evaluation(s) by CCDOA, all companies with submitted bids will receive a notification of intent to award (NOIA) which will include a summary of the bids received. This notice will be sent a minimum of five (5) days prior to award. Question Deadline 03/13/2024 at 10:00 AM PT All questions and/or responses to this invitation to bid must be processed th Site walkthrough description: Please Park at the ARACC south parking area for the site visit. The site visit is expected to take approximately 60 minutes. Please plan accordingly. Directions to the Conference Room: Take the elevator near the Men's restrooms to the third floor, exit to the right, first room on the left is the conference room. The site visit provides the opportunity for bidders to tour and/or view example areas within the bid scope. ATTENDANCE IS REQUIRED AT THIS SITE VIST. FAILURE TO ATTEND, IN FULL, WILL RESULT IN REJECTION OF BID.
