This Request for Proposal ("RFP") is issued by the College of Southern Maryland Foundation (CSMF) for the purpose of soliciting proposals from qualified investment consulting firms to provide investment consulting services to CSMF. The successful firm will provide a broad range of consulting services regarding all asset classes. CSMF intends to hire one firm for this mandate and anticipates awarding a three (3) year contract with an option to extend the contract for a maximum of three additional years on a year-to-year basis provided the service and cost basis continue to be satisfactory to CSMF. 4/8/2024 Requests for Clarification Close @4:00 PM 4/12/2024 Addendum posted to respond to any Clarifications. 10/1/2024 Target Date to Begin Contract The Board of Trustees of the College of Southern Maryland reserves the right to reject any and all Proposals and to waive any formalities, informalities or technicalities as it deems necessary, appropriate and in the College's best interest. Final award of contract is subject to the availability of funding for this project. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
