Reference number : 1820571 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-03-25 Electronically transmitted submission accepted: No The City of Rouyn-Noranda is requesting tenders in order to issue a contract to meet its needs regarding the supply and/or installation of bituminous coating. The expected services as well as the various administrative procedures put in place to obtain the contract are more fully described in the tender documents. Any bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). Bidders wishing to obtain additional information regarding this call for tenders should contact Mr. Francis Chouinard, Public Works Coordinator. The City of Rouyn-Noranda does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted and reserves the right to cancel the call for tenders.
