Complete demolition and debris removal of two (2) pre-engineered metal buildings (pemb), and one (1) cmu block building and certain site improvements and restoration of the site located at 1000 east park drive, snellville, georgia 30078. Questions regarding bids should be directed in writing to Matthew Pepper, City Manager via email at mpepper@snellville.org no later than March 13, 2024. The City reserves the right to waive any informality and any technicalities, and to reject any or all proposals if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City to do so.
