Saving Project...

Site work for a civil project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.

Blast and recoat interior and exterior of the 840,000-gallon Welded Steel Ground Storage Tank at Water Plant No. 2, replace GST interior ladder with new fiberglass ladder, disinfection of GST, install operating handwheel for 12-inch southwest suction line gate valve, install HPT instrument box for the 20,000-gallon hydropneumatics tank (HPT) at Water Plant No. 2 and 10,000-gallon North HPT at Water Plant No. 1, replace existing HPT control instrumentation devices, and Instrumentation Programming. Each bid proposal must be accompanied by a Bid Bond from a reliable surety company drawn to the order of HARRIS COUNTY WCID NO. 114 in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days after the bid opening date. The OWNER reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or to accept the bid deemed most advantageous to it. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance, payment, and maintenance bond for the full amount of the contract. Question Deadline 03/25/2024 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to ENGINEER. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered.
