County : Merrimack Scope of Work: Lottery Headquarters Renovations Proposal Guarantee: 5% of bid amount This project will include the roof replacement of approximately 24,500SF roof system, and replacement of existing HVAC RTUs along with associated work. Replace roof / curb flashings, edge trim and replace existing roof hatch as shown on documents. Additional interior renovation includes modification to the computer room, renovate copy room to provide new office space and copy alcove area. Janitor room to be modified with new ladder an access to roof hatch. Fire suppression system to be modified to accommodate new work. The Project will include the Discipline(s) of: Site Construction, Concrete, Metals, Wood and Plastics, Thermal and Moisture Protection, Door, Finishes, Specialties, Emergency Generator/ Temporary Emergency Generator, Transfer Switch, Fire Suppression / Clean Agent Systems, Mechanical, Electrical. Unskilled labor may be hired from lists prepared by the NH Department of Employment Security designated in document 00120.
