Renovation of an educational facility in Palestine, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Palestine High School Gym Window Infill Contractors receiving award shall be required to furnish an approved Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment Bond for one hundred percent (100%) of the Contract amount which shall be in full force and effect for twelve (12) months from date of acceptance of the work. Bonds shall be furnished within ten (10) days after written notice to proceed with the work. Bids that will be mailed in advance of the bid opening shall be addressed to the Palestine CUSD 3 Unit Office, 205 S Washington Street, Palestine, IL 62451. Construction Period: Work may begin at the project site at the Contractor's earliest availability after execution of the Owner-Contractor Agreement. All work must be Substantially Complete by December 31, 2024. The Palestine CUSD Board reserves the right to accept or reject any bid or waive informality or errors in bidding, to award the contract to their interests, and to hold the bids for a period of fourteen (14) days from the bid date.
