General Facilities Maintenance and Grounds Equipment, Supplies and Repair Description It is the intent of this solicitation to establish an "approved" list of vendors that offer a discount from catalog or published price lists for maintenance and grounds equipment, supplies and repair. Cleburne ISD anticipates using multiple vendors awarded through this RFP; however it is impossible to identify quantity or description of many projects that will potentially be procured. Purchases will occur on an as needed basis for various departments and campuses throughout the District. All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted in writing to Heidi Todd via e-mail at htodd@c-isd.com no later than March 22, 2024. BID AWARD The District reserves the right to award this Bid to a single vendor, multiple vendors, or in any combination it determines to be in the best interest of the District. Regardless of the award of Bid, the District retains the right to purchase the same or similar materials or items from other approved vendors should it be determined that doing so would be in the District's best interest. The period of performance is from date of award, April 16, 2024 to April 15, 2025, with four (4) additional one (1) year terms renewing automatically. Proposal pricing (discount) must remain firm for a one (1) year period after award. Any changes or updates should be addressed in writing to the Purchasing Department. Being an awarded vendor signifies that your company is authorized to accept and fulfill orders received from authorized District staff; however, as an awarded vendor the District does not guarantee any purchases.
