Service Area No. 1 includes the construction of approximately 3,780 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer; 16 sewer manholes; sewer services; sewer hook-ups with septic tank abatements; one duplex submersible pump station; 3,420 LF of 4" PVC force main, conventionally installed; 500 LF of 4" FPVC force main, directionally drilled; along with fittings, valves, roadway replacement, and associated restoration work. Service Area No. 2, listed as Additive Alternate No. 1, includes the construction of approximately 4,180 LF of 8" PVC gravity sewer; 16 sewer manholes; sewer services; sewer hook-ups with septic tank abatements; along with fittings, roadway replacement, and associated restoration work, and may be included based on available budget.
