Renovations Include New Fixtures, Doors, Partitions, Accessories, Ceiling, Lighting & Ventilation. Renovations to Existing Cafeteria. Scope Includes Replacement of Existing HVAC System with New Roof Top HVAC Units that Provide Heating, Cooling & Mechanical Fresh Air Ventilation, Replacement of Existing Ceiling & Lighting, Removal of Theatrical Lighting & Replacement of Existing Acoustical Wall Treatments. Upgrade Existing Incoming Electrical Service. Building Wide HVAC Upgrades. Westhampton Beach UFSD - 2022 Bond Issue Related CIP Phase 2 Contract 2 - General Construction Each Bidder must deposit, with their sealed bid, security in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid and all Alternate Bids in the proper form subject to the conditions set forth in the Instructions to Bidders Performance Bonds and Labor/Material Bonds, as called for in the General Conditions are a requirement of each contract. The original payrolls or transcripts shall be preserved for (5) years from the completion of the work on the project.
