Price Agreement Furnishing Crack Sealing The Bonds, with specific task order forming Contracts at a value under $150,000 are exempted from performance and/or payment bonds. Task order forming Contracts at a value over $150,000 shall provide bonds in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the task order sum and shall be satisfactory to the City and shall be executed by a corporate surety licensed to do business in the State of Oregon. The attorney in fact who executed the Bonds on behalf of the surety shall affix thereto a certified and current copy of his power of attorney and shall indicate the monetary limit of such power. The Contract Form to be executed by the City and the successful Bidder for the Work is a standard form of the City of Portland, Oregon. Such form, incorporated into these Bid Documents by reference only and not physically contained herein, may be reviewed by prospective Bidders at Procurement Services, by contacting the Buyer for this project, Emmanuel Amunga at (503) 823-6203 or by email emmanuel.amunga@portlandoregon.gov. The term of this price agreement shall be three (3) years from execution date of the contract, with an option to renew under the same terms and conditions, provided if any change in the terms, conditions, specification requirements and prices provided are mutually agreed to by both parties for an additional two (2), one (1) year option period, without advertising for bids.
