Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Austin, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Scope of Work: The Work generally consists of providing the following services, including but not limited to installation and upgrade of storm drain pipes, culverts, inlets, junction boxes, storm drain outfalls, limited repair of storm water pond embankments, limited construction of channel and bank stabilization measures, including: o Construction of storm drain pipes and box culverts in ROW and drainage easement o Construction of storm drain inlets o Removal of storm drain systems o Roadway repaving, sidewalk reconstruction o Traffic control o Revegetation in drainage easement o Installation and/ or repair of storm drain outfalls o Limited channel stabilization associated with storm drain improvement project o Utility relocation including water, wastewater, electric and cable as needed o Construction of mechanically stabilized walls using natural limestone block. o Construction of mechanically stabilized and vegetated slopes using turf reinforcement matting, geogrid, and soil. o Placement of rock riprap and limestone block grade control structures within a channel bed. o Repair of storm drain outfalls in channels. o Limited replacement or repair of storm drains within the right-of-way, associated with a channel stabilization project. o Construction within active stream channels with close attention to erosion controls and care of water. o Relocation of fish in dewatered channels. o Repair of storm water pond embankments. o Dewatering of storm water ponds. o Sediment removal within storm water ponds. o Repair of outfall structures and outfall channels downstream of storm water ponds. o Decompaction and revegetation of disturbed areas with native grasses MBE/WBE Goals: African American - 2.82% Hispanic - 4.11% Asian/Native American - 0.21% WBE- 1.68% Project Estimate: NTE $1.5M for initial contract term of 12 months. 3 possible 12-month extensions at NTE $1.5M each for a total potential contract amount NTE $6M
