Question Deadline 03/15/2024 at 12:00 PM ET All questions must be reduced to writing and emailed to the attention of Robert Kuhn, Senior Buyer at RFPteam3@wayne.edu. Substantial Completion will be completed no later than August 11, 2024. The purpose of this conference is to clarify the procedures, scope of work, and to identify any omissions and/or inconsistencies that may impede preparation and submission of representative competitive bids. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, project management and construction superintendent services necessary to construct the Work in accordance with the approved Contract Documents and executed Change Orders, including requirements reasonably inferable therefrom. For individual projects/mobilizations over $50,000 billing, the successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and Labor and Material Payment bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract award amount, and include such cost in the Proposal, complying with University policy and the laws of the State of Michigan. Right to reject any and all proposals, either in whole or in part and to waive any irregularities therein is reserved by the Owner.
