As of May 17,2024, project was awarded toMidwest Construction Group, Inc, awarded amount is $554,826.95. The project includes the construction of a new restroom building with electrical, water, and sanitary hookups, drinking fountain, shade sail structure, synthetic turf, outdoor fireplace, seat wall, festoon lighting, synthetic grass turf, site furniture, concrete sidewalk, electrical, storm sewer, and landscaping. Each proposal shall be accompanied by a certified check or Bid Bond by a recognized surety in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bidder's maximum Bid price in the name of City of Cedar Springs. A pre-bid conference will not be held. The City of Cedar Springs reserves the right to accept any bid, reject any or all bids, to waive informalities and make the award in any manner deemed in the best interest of the City of Cedar Springs.
