Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Windsor, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

Cold milling of asphalt pavement and curb and gutter replacement between and inclusive of the Weaver Road and Sprucewood Avenue intersections. Full depth reclamation of existing asphalt pavements using the Expanded Asphalt Stabilization Method on Ojibway Parkway between Broadway Street and Weaver Rd, and between Sprucewood Ave and Morton Drive. The placement of 45mm Sp12.5 FC2 surface asphalt and 60mm SP19 on those sections that have been rehabilitated by cold milling or the Expanded Asphalt Stabilization Method.
