Renovation of a water / sewer project in Canmore, Alberta. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water pump station.
Canmore Nordic Centre (CNC) - Snow Making System Replacement and Pumphouse Upgrades. Contract #1 - High Priority Items: System Safety and Regulatory Items in Rundle Forebay; Pumphouse Upgrades; and Replace the 250 mm diameter main trunk line, including gate valves, hydrants (standpipes) and cathodic protection. Contract #2 - Replace Snow Making Lines in three (3) loops, including gate valves, hydrants (standpipes) and cathodic protection. Phasing the work over two fiscal years (if required). Priority 1 - Biathlon Loop. Priority 2 - Cross Country Loop. Priority 3 - Recreational Loop. TIMELINE: Request for Proposals from engineering consultants is currently underway. A total of two construction tenders will be issued, construction start is scheduled for 2025. Further update pending award of contract. *Budget is unreleased.
