Site work for a civil project in Yamhill, Oregon. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
A new 36-inch HDPE raw water pipeline serving the Scott Water Treatment Plant. The approximately 1,750 foot pipeline will start at an existing valve vault near Haskins Dam, and follow the access road along Haskins Creek before leaving the creek alignment to follow the WTP access road to enter the WTP site. The pipeline will replace the existing raw water pipeline that follows a slightly different route to the WTP. Work also includes valving, modifications to vaults, a new fire fill station near the upstream end of the pipeline, and cut and cap existing 36-inch steel finished water treatment plant by-pass pipeline. Temporary construction shoring and protection of existing utilities along the pipeline route and at the treatment plant will be required as a part of the work. All work is to be completed by December 31, 2024. Anticipated Notice to Proceed date is April 18, 2024.
