The City of Baytown seeks competitive bids for janitorial and cleaning services for five (5) separate Criminal Justice Information Service (CJIS) compliant locations. The purpose of these specifications is to describe the minimum requirements of the City of Baytown for the annual janitorial services contract. This contract is to cover the day-to-day, weekly and monthly janitorial and cleaning services for the facilities of the City of Baytown. There are presently five (5) separate locations of present facilities to be quoted that require CJIS certification. The locations and frequency of cleaning on the Invitation to Bid are estimates based on previous usage. These estimates are for acquainting the bidder with probable quantities to be expected during the contract period. These estimates are not intended to set forth minimum or maximum quantities of this contract and shall not be construed as such. This contract is intended for routine and continuous usage.
