The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Bidder, to provide wood marina piling replacement services for the City's Downtown New River Docks and the Cooley's Landing Marina, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The Procurement Services Division has implemented an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. The ERP System is INFOR. As an enterprise system, one of the various modules is the Supplier Portal. The Supplier Portal is the gateway that allows for the City and Suppliers to connect and conduct business. The Supplier Portal is a one-stop electronic commerce exchange enabling suppliers interested in conducting business with the City to register as a supplier, respond to sourcing events/solicitations, and update their supplier information at any time. ***NOTE***The introduction of this new platform results in the City of Fort Lauderdale no longer using online. All current and future suppliers must now register in INFOR to receive electronic notifications of sourcing events/solicitations, such as an informal quote, Invitation to Bid, Request for Proposals, or Request for Qualifications.
