Site work for an educational facility in Georgetown Township, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility.
This project is contracted with Triangle Associates under a CM agreement whereby Triangle will act as the Owner's constructor. Triangle will hold all subcontract agreements. Specialty subcontractors are being solicited at this time. As required by State Law (P.A. 232 of 2004) all bids shall be accompanied by a sworn and notarized statement disclosing any familial relationship that exists between the owner and/or any employee of the bidder, and any member of the Board or the Superintendent of the District. The Board shall not accept a bid that does not include this sworn and notarized disclosure statement. As required by State Law (P.A. 517 of 2012) all bidders shall certify that they are not an Iran linked business by noting so on the proposal form.Upon bid invitation a hyperlink will be provided to access project documents. All addenda will be uploaded through SmartBid and notifications will be sent to all prospective bidders. Bidders shall be responsible for ALL documents and cost of printing and shipping of plans/specs associated with Bid Package #07 found on SmartBid. Refer to the Instructions to Bidders in the Project Manual for complete bidding information. Approved substitutes will be considered provided prior approval is received. (See section 01631 for complete description.) The deadline to submit substitution requests is Thursday, March 14, 2024 at 12:00 PM.
