Renovation of an educational facility in Rochester, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
All questions regarding bid documents are due no later than March 19 at 5:00 p.m General Contract: Remove and replace windows where indicated. Provide new window sills at select locations and provide new window shades for select locations. Alternates to replace brick veneer soldier course and additional window shades. Bid Bond in the amount of 10% must be included with bid and, if awarded, a Performance Bond and Payment Bond in amount of 100% of Contract Amount.
