Renovation of an educational facility in Layton, Utah. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Davis School District Professional Services Selection Committee seeks a Statement of Interest and Qualification (SOIQ) for mechanical engineering services for the Northridge High School Air Conditioning Upgrade project. The existing Northridge High School is partially air conditioned. Portions of the building's HVAC system are under served while other portions of the building do not contain any cooling at all. This project is to bring the underperforming portions up to acceptable levels and provide refrigerated cooling for the other areas of the building. Contract duration: 2 years The Davis School District Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to waive any formality or technicality in any proposal in the best interest of the district.
