Refuse Removal Services: Charlottetown Research and Development Center (RDC) Carry out refuse removal. Contract consists of the collection of refuse at the sites listed below and the disposal of the refuse at designated Municipal sites. Location: - AAFC, 440 University Avenue, Charlottetown, PE, Bldg. 1 - AAFC, 33 Lily Pond Drive, Charlottetown, PE, Bldg. 33 - AAFC, 64 Lily Pond Drive, Charlottetown, PE, Bldg. 64 - AAFC, 1200 Brackley Point Road, Harrington, PE, Bldg. 71 - AAFC, 1200 Brackley Point Road, Harrington, PE Bldg. 80 - AAFC, 1200 Brackley Point Road, Harrington, PE Bldg. 84 Bidders are requested to communicate with Kenny MacInnis (kenneth.macinnis@agr.gc.ca) no later than Monday, March 18, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of the person(s) who will attend. Bidders may be requested to sign an attendance sheet. Bidders who do not attend or do not send a representative will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting a bid. Any clarifications or changes to the bid solicitation resulting from the site visit will be included as an amendment to the bid solicitation The estimated contract period will be 12 month(s), with a proposed start date of 2024/07/01.
