Renovation of a swimming pool in Montreal, Quebec. Working plans call for the renovation of a swimming pool.
Upgrades, repairs and improvements to the Bain Lévesque swimming pool. The scope of work includes the redevelopment of aquatic areas and the swimming pool basin, repairs/replacement of windows, repairs to the roof and the building envelope, bringing the building mechanical and electrical equipment up to standard, various structural upgrades. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. The project scope was increased and the owner is seeking additional funding for the project implementation. Timelines for a tender and construction are not finalized at this time. Further update in summer/fall 2026.
