Fencing Installation and Repairs. The scope of work defined in this Request for Proposal (RFP) shall be referred to as the PROJECT. Deliverables shall include a pricing information, experience and methodology for commercial moves pertaining to public school environments. All qualified proposals will be evaluated and awards will be made to the Vendor(s) meeting the RFP requirements and achieving the highest and best final evaluation which is best for WCPSS. Vendors SHALL not be considered who are not approved or authorized by The State of North Carolina to do business with The State of North Carolina. Commercial General Liability: The Vendor shall procure insurance coverage for direct operations, contractual liability and completed operations with limits not less than those stated : Occurrence: General Aggregate $2,000,000 Premises Operations $1,000,000 Personal & Advertising Injury $1,000,000 Medical Expense (any one person) $5,000 Worker's Compensation including Occupational Disease and Employer's Liability Insurance. Part A: Worker's Compensation Coverage - Statutory Limits as required by state of North Carolina Worker's Compensation laws.
