Division of Facilities and Management DFCM Project No. 24110430 MBI Project No: 196540 The existing Blanding Canyonlands Youth Center's locks are to be upgraded to card readers for better access control. DFCM will use Harris under State Contract PA4242 for this portion of the project. Additionally, a closet will be removed and a new door will be cut into a CMN wall to an existing classroom to improve accessibility to the adjacent restroom spaces. Budget: $70,000 Completion Date: July 31, 2024 Liquidated Damages: $100.00 JOB IS NOT TAX EXEMPT Trades include: demolition, unit masonry, joint sealants, hollow metal doors and frames, door hardware, gypsum board, interior painting, electronic safety and security
