Est. Completion Date: Dec. 16, 2024 The general nature of the work on which bids will be received consists of construction additions to an existing substation site. The work consists of installation of concrete foundations, conduit, ground grid, power and control cable, buswork, and miscellaneous equipment at the Murphy Creek Substation, Austin MN. The project also includes installing an Owner-furnished 69 kV circuit breaker, steel, and switches. The above work shall be in accordance with the specifications and proposed form of contract now on file in the office of Austin Utilities, Austin, Minnesota, by this reference made a part hereof, as though fully set out and incorporated herein. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Only questions answered by Addenda will be binding. Oral and other interpretations or clarifications will be without legal effect.
