Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Labelle, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Bids shall be submitted for furnishing, delivering, and installing all materials and services, including labor and equipment necessary to complete the Work, which generally involves the completion of the stormwater treatment and storage system known as CREST. The project will include the removal of the temporary internal berm between Phase II and Phase III, the construction of a perimeter berm around the Phase III area, and excavating, shaping, and stabilizing the proposed storage area. The Work will include approximately 526,401 cubic yards of excavation of dirt/rock, building of berms, grading and shaping slopes, placing sod, restoring disturbed areas, and furnishing and installing electric weir gate actuators and associated components at the project site located at 7875 Wheeler Road, LaBelle, FL 33935, as depicted on the project's drawings.
